My passion is to help unlock creative soulful expression, to empower authenticity, and liberate life force through the embodiment and resonance of sound, body, and nature.

As a trained Vocalist, Sound Healer, Nada Yoga Practitioner, Certified Masseuse, Reiki Practitioner, and Intuitive Astrology Reader, I have had the incredible honour of supporting hundreds of people individually and thousands at festivals and retreats.

For over a decade I have dived deep into the wellspring and practice of creative therapies, music, sound healing, somatic expression, embodied movement, bodywork, rites of passage, nature connection, intuitive development and deep ecology. All of this continues to support me on my own journey and has given me strong foundations to guide others in deep embodiment and remembrance of their true nature.

It is with much joy and through a deep path of service that I share my heart offerings to support others to flourish in creative expression, to root deeply into the earth through body and sound, honouring a path of love, freedom, and authenticity, in harmony with the Song of the Earth.
